The LYFE Women’s Conference is an in-person event organized by LYFE Events, Inc., located in Clarks Summit, PA 18411. By accessing or using the LYFEconference.org website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

LYFE Women’s Conference Cancellation Policy

Your registration to LYFE Women’s Conference includes a $50 non-refundable deposit included in the registration fee (per individual).

To cancel your reservation, please contact LYFE at registration@LYFEconference.org or 570.585.9198 to confirm your choice of the options below.

Before the cancellation date (May 23, 2026), those who wish to cancel have the following options:

• Receive a refund of the registration fee minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.
• Send a substitute in your place.
• Donate your registration fee to the LYFE Women’s Conference.

After the cancellation date (May 23, 2026), those who wish to cancel have the following options:

• Send a substitute in your place.
• Donate your registration fee to the LYFE Women’s Conference.

Important Details

• When a refund is given, registration is canceled, and the attendee will no longer have a space reserved for the conference.
• Refund will come in the same form that original payment was provided.
• Transferring or substituting any registration may only be done once and only by the original registration holder and is valid for the current conference only. LYFE rollovers are not permitted.

User Registration

Age Requirement: Attendees must be at least 16 years of age to register for and attend the Conference.

Registration Process: Registration is available online through the Website prior to the event. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

User Accounts: The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

Copyright Statement: All content presented at the LYFE Women’s Conference, including but not limited to speeches, presentations, handouts, and digital materials, is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of LYFE Women’s Conference and/or its presenters. All rights reserved.

Sharing of Materials: Attendees are permitted to share promotional materials in both digital and print format. However, sharing or reproducing any other conference content without express written permission from the Organizer is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Usage

Data Collection: The Organizer collects personal information necessary for Conference registration and communication. This may include name, contact details, and payment information.

Data Usage: Attendee data will be used for Conference-related communications and will not be shared with sponsors.

Third-Party Services

External Platforms: The Website may use third-party services for registration, payment processing, or content delivery. Usage of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: The Organizer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance at the Conference or use of the Website.

Changes and Cancellations

Program Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Conference program, including speakers and schedules, without prior notice.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the registration fee.

Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
